Hyde Park City is excited to announce that we will combine with Smithfield Recreation Department to offer a wide variety of sports and recreation programs. Smithfield Recreation Center will accept all registration forms. There will be three methods in which you may register for youth leagues and programs:
1. Through Smithfield's online registration portal. This can be accessed through their website or this direct link
2. You can go to Smithfield Recreation Center to register.
3. You may register at the Hyde Park City Office. A fillable form is available under forms on this page.

Vote by Mail Information
The 2017 General Municipal Election will be conducted using vote by mail. Each registered voter will be mailed a ballot and instructions for returning the ballot. Ballots for the General Election will be mailed out Tuesday, October 17. Ballots must either be returned by mail and clearly postmarked before Election Day or placed in the ballot box at the Hyde Park Civic Center by 8:00 p.m. on Election Day.
